Chang Restaurant

One enters the Chang restaurant, (Chang meaning elephant in Thai), in a light and airy room, then as one progresses further into the centre of the restaurant, the interior gets darker as the journey into the metaphorical Thai jungle closes in. At the heart of the restuarant is the kitchen where the cooking can be viewed and experienced through a window.

Bamboo rounds have been used to decorate the ceiling and a range of a single patterned
wallpaper with different colour shades were used. Oak boards were used on the benches and
flooring, and lime green and mink chenille upholstery on the seating pads.
